Who are we?
We are a small, local remodeling and construction company located in North Central West Virginia focused on the details of your project. We pride ourselves on our customer focused approach to design and function. Our customers are the inspiration and our team ensures their expectations are exceeded every time.
Our owner began the company in 2017 and decided to form it into a business in early 2018. Patrick is the third generation of contractors and has worked in around the industry for over 20 years. His abilities have been honed over the years through mentorship and he has now turned his skills into teaching others. He is working toward growing the company mainly by hiring and mentoring younger generations and keep the skilled trades alive.

Patrick graduated from WVU with a BS Mechanical Engineering degree. He has been remodeling homes for over a decade working to refine techniques and learning about the best products and options on the market.
Meredith Knight
Chief Designer & Finish Specialist
Meredith graduated from WVU with a BFA emphasis in Graphic Design. She is our chief designer for projects that need a little extra help tying together.

Heating & Cooling Mini-Split Systems
We are now offering a lower-cost alternative to traditional whole home heating and cooling units. These ductless mini-split units require no air ducts ran through your home, rather they just need a space on your wall to mount a small fan unit (approx. 1.5’x3’). These units are great for remodels or even when finishing off your basement or attic spaces.
